The Hospitality Team is one of Hope's largest and most prolific ministry teams. Working alongside our Chef and Hope staff, the team plans and organizes fellowship activities of the congregation, especially those that involve food.
Some of our regular and past events include Fish Fry’s, Hope's Annual Picnic, holiday events, new pastor installation receptions, weekly social suppers, breakfast events, pancake breakfasts and dinners, luncheons, and SO much more!

The Need:
The Hospitality and Event Team is responsible for all food-related fellowship events held in the Fellowship Hall including food preparation, set-up, service, and clean-up. Ingredients for a successful fellowship event include:

- Team Coordinator to coordinate all event aspects, including cost
- Chefs to handle all menus and food preparation
- Helpers to set up, serve, and clean up
- Dash of willingness to serve
Who can volunteer?
Chef volunteers must have knowledge and previous experience in planning, ordering, and preparing food for LARGE groups.
Helper volunteers need no previous experience. A willingness to serve is all that’s required.

Meetings will be scheduled as needed. The typical time requirement per event is:
