Walk Away the Pounds (WATP) meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00am to 9:00am at Hope Central Campus in the Fellowship Hall. We use various walking videos to increase our heart rate and strengthen our bodies. The benefits are different for each person. We sometimes use bands or weights, but they are optional. And, contrary to our name, a scale is NOT involved.
Who can join?
Walkers’ ages vary from mid-50’s to late 80’s and the class includes both church members and non-members. ALL ARE WELCOME.
