Strong Bones

Strong Bones is an fellowship and exercise group that meets Mondays and Fridays at 9:00am for the purpose of maintaining and (hopefully) improving our bone density using weight bearing exercises. Some have shown positive results by increasing their bone density and others have been pleased that their bone density had not worsened. 

More importantly, we share the mission of Hope “to know Christ and to make Christ known“ by beginning each class with a scripture reading and prayer.
The Need
In our aging community, it is essential to preserve good health and strong bone density. It is also beneficial to the body and spirit to have a faith-centric exercise class for Christian siblings to enjoy together.

Who can join?
This class is open to any lady in our community who has her doctor’s permission. Open enrollment is anytime from September through mid March.
