The South Site Chorale is our most recent choral addition to the department. This mixed ensemble currently offers an average of one anthem a month at each of the two weekend worship services taking place at the Everglades Rec. Center. Anthem material is generally blended, to accommodate appropriate repertoire for both the 8:00am Traditional and 10:00am Contemporary Services.
Who can join?
All curious and interested singers are invited to join, with or without a choral background. Auditions are not required. Year-round and seasonal singers are both welcome! This group is a “come and go as you’re able” community. Contact the Director of Music Ministries, or email musicupdate@hope4all.church to express your interest.
What’s the time commitment?
The SSC provides anthems during the 9-month liturgical season. Rehearsals are held at Hope Central Campus on many Mondays from 3:30pm - 4:20pm during the 9-month liturgical season. The group rehearses over two, successive weeks, prior to each scheduled anthem.
