The Ladies' Bridge Groups plays on the first Thursday afternoon of each month upstairs at Hope Central Campus. Ladies’ Bridge is a social ministry for women of Hope Lutheran Church to meet, enjoy fellowship, form friendships, and enjoy playing social Contract Bridge.
Who can join Ladies’ Bridge?
Any female member of Hope Lutheran Church who enjoys social Bridge can join Ladies’ Bridge either as a regular monthly player or substitute player. The team leader maintains a roster of regular and substitute players. Each month, the team leader sends an e-mail invitation to regular players, requesting RSVPs. From the RSVPs she makes up the tables, usually one to five tables. She contacts substitute players as needed to fill tables.
What’s the time commitment?
Ladies’ Bridge meets at Hope Lutheran Church on the first Thursday of the month November through and including April from 1:00 to 4:00 PM, for those who’ve signed up or been asked to play as a sub.
