After the loss of a loved one, family members are often overwhelmed by the process of planning a memorial service and luncheon. Hope offers a special service through our Funeral & Memorial Reception Team. This team, consisting of a rotating fleet of volunteers, provides food and beverages for any funeral and memorial luncheons at a Hope campus.
These teams alternate their service obligations, so no one member of the team is overburdened. Teams are asked to provide specific food in covered containers, and also manage setting up and cleaning up the luncheon tables.
This is an invaluable ministry which reduces the burden of arrangements that members and their families need to make during their time of grief.
