The Diabetes Support Group provides support for one another in daily life concerns. Come join your new friends in Hope's Diabetes Support Group and share in the love, support, education, and encouragement.
We meet every third Monday of each Month. All are welcome, including all levels of Diabetes from pre-diabetes, type 1, type 2, and those on insulin pumps along with CGM wearers. We look forward to seeing old and new friends alike!
