Periodically throughout the year, special choirs may be formed on behalf of special events, holiday productions, or seasons when other groups are on hiatus. These may include groups such as: Summer Session Singers – providing choral music periodically over the summer; and Combined Choirs of Hope. CCH brings all interested singers together from all our campuses to present events such as our Christmas Cantata. We are often joined by vocalists from the community or our congregation who prefer to only sing these types of larger events, as opposed to our ensembles with an on-going, regular rotation. These choirs can be a great way for someone to “try out” our department without any further commitment.
What's the time commitment?
Groups such as these are always advertised church-wide ahead of time, with a specific rehearsal schedule and commitment for each event. Interested singers will be asked to attend one or more advanced rehearsals and/or practice at home prior to that specific event.

Who can join?
All curious and interested singers are invited to join, with or without a choral background. Auditions are not required. Year-round and seasonal singers are both welcome, no matter what campus you regularly attend. Rehearsals and events of this size are held at Hope Central Campus.
