The Christians in Action (CIA) is a ministry for men and women of the congregation whose goals and objectives are to encourage, motivate and increase involvement, actions and activity of all three (3) campuses. CIA plans new activities and outreach opportunities and ways to become more engaged in Hope Lutheran Church. Activities include pancake breakfasts and the Stuff the Trunk chili cook off to benefit the our Hope Lake Weir Campus Food Pantry.
Hope Lutheran Church will be a place where faith and community come together to reach beyond the walls of the church and out into the community. Discipleship also takes place through socialization and fellowship. Think about becoming part of the CIA. We are a fun group doing a lot of fun things. When we give of ourselves we become more fully open to life.
What’s the time commitment?
This group meets periodically. Members are also invited to volunteer at the events organized by this group.
